Here are some tips on how to insert your RSS battens:

1. Inflate the board to 1psi - this is when the board has just taken shape and has enough air for it to 'pop out'.

2. When fitting or removing the battens, put the board on its side and straddle it, either pulling the batten towards you into the pocket using the velcro tab or pulling it out of the pocket away from you.

3. If needed, you can use water, vaseline or silicone spray on the batten to act as a lubricant.
